I currently work as part of a successful team to provide excellent customer service, my role includes filling orders for cafe's, large restaurants, walk-in customers and delivering merchandise to various businesses to remote locations in Southwest QLD and NSW.

• Managed multiple deliveries simultaneously, maximizing efficiency and productivity.
• Provided excellent customer service by being friendly and courteous during interactions to increase satisfaction and loyalty.
• Followed traffic laws during delivery for safety of pedestrians and other vehicles.

My current role with IGA is a secondary job working 2 afternoons a week on checkouts and occasionally stocking shelves.

This role was in St George and surrounds merchandising brands for various supermarkets in the district.

• Increased brand awareness through effective visual merchandising techniques and engaging promotional materials.
• Completed efficient store resets to prepare store for special promotions and seasonal updates.

Over the various years working at "The Saint" I was able to build amazing rapport and friendships with the regular patrons in a country town pub that I still hold dear. As well as providing my skills in the kitchen from prep, cooking, food presentation and plating techniques, daily clean up and deep cleans.

My time with the Pitstop and the Handy Store were quite similar, remembering the "usual" for regular customers, excelling in time management skills and keeping everything clean and safe during busy periods.

My time at Oakey Beef Exports in different roles provided me with new skills such as;

• Handling equipment, chemicals, and materials properly and with caution.
• Improved overall facility hygiene by sanitizing high-touch surfaces regularly to minimize the spread of germs.
• Safely operated forklift to transport materials within the warehouse, reducing manual labor efforts.
• Loaded and unloaded trucks efficiently, ensuring proper placement of products to minimize damage during transit.

• Increased sales through effective merchandising strategies and targeted promotions.
• Maintained a clean and inviting retail environment that encouraged positive customer interactions.

During the course of seven years, I was employed by Nando's, my skills developed immensely through various roles in the company such as line cook after which I was promoted to supervisor, Assistant Manager and later a Manager.

Due to my vast experience in the retail and hospitality industry I excelled in the below attributes;

• Accomplished multiple tasks within established timeframes.
• Enhanced customer satisfaction by resolving disputes promptly, maintaining open lines of communication, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Promoted positive teamwork within the kitchen through clear communication and collaboration on shared tasks.
