● Lead and contribute to the building of a cohesive and dynamic team.
● General Reception, Telephone enquiries, and Student Reception - ensure that the
offices are always appropriately attended inclusive of rostering of staff across both
campus administration centres for the efficient and professional completion of these
duties.
● In conjunction with the Finance Manager, oversee the receipt of all payments
received at Reception.
● Coordinate administrative tasks for all College related publications/notices.
● Organise the distribution of College emails and SMS notifications to the parent
community.
● Co-ordination of the Operoo parent permission and medical forms for excursions
and camps
● Administration Stationery coordination, including official College stationery.
● Sick Bay monitoring and supervision, including maintenance of all first-aid
supplies/cabinets.
● Oversee anaphylaxis and first aid policy development and anaphylaxis student
profiles including action plans and school-based risk management meetings with all
families and students with anaphylaxis, annually.
● Co-ordinate Critical incident management in relation to student illness or injury
● Oversee the sign-on process for visitors.
● Lost property management.
● Maintenance and management of Student Records.
● Deployment of General Office Secretarial staff ensuring all staff are appropriately
trained.
● Tasks as directed by the Deputy Principal Head of Campus
● Provide informed and friendly customer service to all students and
parents/guardians.
● Provide support and assistance to school staff.
● Manage all aspects of the hiring of the Geode Performing Arts Centre.
● Co-ordinate all aspects of the booking of the College owned buses.
● Co-ordinate the hiring of external contractor buses for school events.
● Co-ordinate the college’s private bus runs.
● Oversee the hiring of facilities on both campuses.
● Handle confidential information in an appropriate manner.
● Other duties as directed by the College Principal or Business Manager.
