As a Kindergarten teacher it is my job to ensure all families and the children I teach feel safe and supported in their early years in the school system. I have taught in a diverse range of settings over a number of years and understand the importance of ensuring a culturally safe place is created for all staff , children and their families. I value team work and strive to achieve the best outcomes for children by engaging positively with support staff, community groups and families. I see myself as a lifelong learner and have a passion for advocating for all children to have equal access to quality Early Years education.
