I provides real time operational supervision, staff well-being, support and management of ambulance resources and personnel , including tactical management, logistical resolution and application of the QAS Strategy at the operational and patient interface. I coordinate and supervise ambulance resources and staff welfare at specified hospital Emergency Departments and maintain a close link to the relevant Operations Centre. I provide high levels of support and advice to district and regional managers in implementing and monitoring strategies for effective ambulance service delivery to enhance patient and QAS workforce safety outcomes.
