• Associate for the redesign of the surrounding topography, services and high voltage grid
• Involvement in the process and documentation of concept, schematic, and detailed design, consultant engagement, design team meetings, project procurement, business continuity, stakeholder engagement and communication, project programme and delivery plan, contractor EOI evaluation and short listing, early contractor involvement, cost planning, and planning surrounding project practical completion and operational readiness.

• Fleet management of both Autonomous & Manned Pits throughout the Pilbara region.
• Fleet management and dispatch toward maximum production, efficiency and plan adherence including, but not limited to: management of machine utilization and maintenance, managing the distribution of operators and skill sets for uninterrupted production, fueling, operator breaks, planned blasts, infrastructure projects, dig rates, cycle times and dump/stockpile availability, blend changes, crusher feed, ore quality management and compliance, inclement weather and emergency response management etc
• Monitoring and controlling safety objectives up to and including coordination of emergency response
• Building and maintenance of an accurate mine model within the dispatch software
• Information management to result in accurate data for decision making purposes (i.e., the time usage model, loader and truck cycles etc.)
• Liaising with a variety of departments to meet production and processing requirements (engineering, maintenance, geology, mine systems, ore processing and quality, production supervisors, coordinators and superintendents, de watering, drill and blast, mining manager, general manager etc.)
• Submitting and implementing ideas for more efficient, cost-effective production such as changes to the fueling, prestart, and clean for service/breakdown procedures.
