I’ve been a biohacker ever since my first mid-life crisis at forty—a journey that led me to co-author the best-selling book Fast Living, Slow Ageing My quest? To uncover the elusive pot of gold at the end of the ageing process Spoiler alert: I’m still searching, but the journey has been nothing short of fascinating!

As an early adopter of technology, I’m passionate about how innovation can improve lives and create better, more efficient systems Over the years, I’ve built tech platforms, fine-tuned products and services for clients, and explored the intersection of health, wellness, and technology My latest project was a longevity platform designed for women, which taught me a lot about resilience—though, like many things during Covid, it came to a pause

Currently, I’m diving headfirst into the world of AI, exploring how it can supercharge creativity and productivity From building sales lists to managing data for CRMs, I’ve been experimenting with ways AI can transform workflows and deliver smarter solutions For me, it’s all about learning, growing, and finding new ways to innovate—whether that’s through tech, health, or just chasing that pot of gold
