KATE MCGOWAN

STIRLING,SA

Summary

I am adventurous, adaptable and professional. My career in nursing has taken me across Australia and around the world, including the Middle East, the Indian Ocean and the Pacific Islands. I have enjoyed many and varied roles over the past 23 years and have volunteered in Uganda and Nepal, learning so much about other cultures and health systems. I found interest in Travel Medicine, a rare specialty combining my love of health and travel. Unfortunately, the clinic closed when Covid came along. Currently I am working with virtual heath, delivering acute care services within the home. Organized and dependable candidate successful at managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude. Willingness to take on added responsibilities to meet team goals.
