*As the Senior News Chief of Staff, the role is running the newsroom. This is everything from keeping on top of breaking news, ensuring daily exclusive content, maintaining the best standards of journalism, managing staff and logistics - reporters, cameras, editors, social and digital media, presenters, live link vans and helicopters.

*Maintaining good relationships and clear communication with many stakeholders - within the network, with other networks, with Government and Government bodies, Emergency Services, Courts, PR execs, Airports, Special interest groups etc

*I was hired to put Nine News back into the first place in the ratings. This was achieved within a year.

*Oversaw and managed effective communication channels for Victoria when Nine incorporated radio and newspaper arms.
