Working full time across two sites to provide administrative support to up to twenty doctors and allied health providers.

• Coordinating patient scheduling, check-in, check-out and payments for billing
• Adhering to strict HIPAA guidelines to protect patient privacy
• Organizing all practice paperwork such as requests, referrals, reports (medical and insurance), results and and reports for practice and patient needs.

• Communicate effectively with others in management and encourage them to display open and understanding attitudes in the workplace especially with younger team members
