The role included working at the information centre, working at the entry gates and cleaning the premises.

• I prioritise making sure to stay enthusiastic and encouraging to all the kids in my classes.

• Handled customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.

In 2022 I moved to England alone in order to work at a boarding school in small town. I gained various skills moving to the other side of the world.

• Learnt to be more independent, responsible & proactive.
• Learnt how to communicate with parents, children and other staff members on a general daily basis and in difficult situations. Travelling during this year also broadened my communication skills to more cultures and people.
• Worked flexible and long hours along with demonstrating respect, friendliness and willingness to help wherever needed.

• Kept server areas clean and stocked to increase efficiency while working tables.
• Assisted in training new staff members on café procedures, policies, and customer service standards to ensure a consistent experience for all patrons.
• Worked with parents in order to ensure their children had fun at their birthday party and everything went smoothly.
