  • Led a major digital transformation project to enable fast payments for Internet Banking customers, in response to customer feedback and increasing demand. I spearheaded the initiative, navigating complex technical challenges and stringent regulatory requirements

I successfully drove stakeholder engagement across the business to ensure project alignment and delivery. This included overseeing the development and implementation of a custom
    technical solution for the initial staff pilot. The project resulted in a significant decrease in customer complaints related to payment and transfer services.

June 2024 | PayID via Web Banking Platform:

  • Successfully led a time-sensitive project to introduce PayID creation functionality to our Internet Banking platform. Given tight budgetary constraints, I prioritized key features with stakeholders to define a minimum viable product To ensure alignment and address concerns, I facilitated multiple walkthrough sessions with a diverse group of stakeholders.
  • This initiative aimed to decrease FTE, and increase Business PayID customer adoption While the final FTE impact is pending, the project was a resounding success, with 120 new Business PayID registrations within the first week of launch, a significant increase from the previous average of 4 weekly registrations through staff-assisted channels
