Summary

I am a serving member of the NSW Police Force. Throughout my 13 year career, I have primarily worked in the Domestic and Family Violence field and am passionate about education and meaningful collaboration with stakeholders.

Through my work, I have learnt how important clear and effective communication is, whether it’s in leading a team, working with colleagues, or engaging with external stakeholders and community members. I have developed strong relationships both internally and externally, always striving to ensure collaboration and understanding in the work I do.

  • Supervising a team of junior Constables
  • Coordinate rostering with minimal staff and resources
  • Respond to calls from the community and assisted junior police with their responsibilities.

Training Coordinator

Domestic and Family Violence

  • Responsible for developing and delivering bespoke training to PAC’s/PD and internal and external stakeholders
  • Assisted in the delivery of Coercive Control training to specialists Commands.
  • Assisted with ongoing enhancements and delivery of Domestic and Family Violence training to NSW Police and collaborated on the establishment of new course content.
  • Provided regular updates and figures to executive staff, assisted with preparation for budget estimates, ministerial and coronial requests
