In May 2024, I completed a High Ticket Sales course with Limelight Media, led by Mike Barron, former marketing manager for Grant Cardone. I am currently furthering my expertise through a High Ticket Sales course with the Remote Sales Institute.

· Gathering marketing intelligence by researching and analysing the market; utilising knowledge of market and competitors to identify unique selling points and differentiators.
· Preparing progress reports, presenting to and consulting with key internal stakeholders with a view to develop new services and products.
· Working closely with key stakeholders, including builders, project managers, architects and commercial real estate agents.

Developing and maintaining a strong network of 150+ contacts and potential clients over 8+ years through extensive networking, cold calling, and referrals.
· Working with internal stakeholders to develop targeted business development and marketing strategies and proposals that speak to clients’ needs and objectives.
Planning effective approaches and pitches, and delivering credible presentations to audiences of 25 or more, to generate and encourage new business opportunities.
· Consistently following up on new business opportunities, setting up meetings between key decision makers and company leaders where necessary.
· Growing and retaining existing accounts by constantly presenting new solutions and services.
I left this role to work with my partner in family business.
