I moved to Australia in 2005 and started coaching Rhythmic Gymnastics at Victorian High Performance Centre . In 2007 I started a new club and became a Head coach of Prahran Rhythmic Gymnastics where I currently work . I had a successful coaching career and coached many State, National and International champions. Apart of coaching I have done a lot of administration work at the club over the years . Some of my administration duties included new members registrations , rostering shifts , creating timetables and schedules , answering phone calls , answering emails , creating and managing trybooking links, filling in entry forms, paying invoices , liaising with
stakeholders, interviewing and meeting people. Accustomed to studying and evaluating team and competition data, including video and statistics, to further drive improvements and success. Driven to bring value to organizational team through hard work and dedication. Skilled in working under pressure and adapting to new situations and challenges to best enhance the organizational brand.
