  • Roleas a Sales Administrator is to liaise with and support the on the road sales team of representatives as project coordinator
  • Started as a Trainee Sales Administrator, In February 2024 I was promoted to Sales Administrator following my development within the role
  • Responsibilities this role include:
  • Raising and amending orders via date entry (Date File) and speaking to manufacturers on a daily basis to follow up on any relevant updates with current orders
  • Booking in deliveries with site/ haulier via phone call and email, checking with the customer that the current delivery schedule is up to date and amending upon request
  • Developed exceptional skills in both telephone manner and email correspondence
  • Excellent use of organisation skills using both Paper files and online documents
