Through my employment at JADAL and Michelangelo's Pizza and Pasta, alongside my ongoing Business degree studies, I’ve built a solid foundation in administrative support, customer service, and professional communication. In both roles, I was entrusted with responsibilities such as managing bookings, processing payments, maintaining accurate records, and supporting team coordination.
At university, I’ve further developed my administrative strengths through group project leadership and event coordination. I regularly take charge of organizing meetings, tracking project timelines, and compiling professional-quality reports and presentations.
These combined experiences have sharpened my ability to stay organized, work efficiently under pressure, and communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
