• Supporting the work of the Principal through leadership of administration, pedagogy and curriculum in a 7-12 College
• Managing external compliance matters (e.g. census; QCAA quality assurance) and internal quality (e.g. of planning, teaching and assessment)
• Managing any complaints relating to Learning and Teaching, including those relating to staff performance

• Leading the Learning Enrichment Centre which provided support for First Nations Students (boarding students from NQ); for overseas students (boarding students from China); students with disability; and any students with emergent concerns
• Managing staff who provided in-class support
• Managing the budget and acquittal documents for specific Commonwealth funding received by the school
• Participation, as Principal's delegate, in the Diocesan Equity Committee
• Providing Numeracy support for identified students alongside timetabled senior Mathematics teaching.

• Led the Falkland Islands Community School in two contracts as Headteacher and previously as Senior Teacher
• Worked within the Falkland Islands Five-Year Plan, to develop strategic directions for the School
• Managed the budget, staff and facilities, including the Community Library and aspects of the Community Sports Centre
• Taught classes according to a modified British National Curriculum and prepared students for IGCSE exams
