• Receive specimens and direct them to the appropriate departments
• Prioritise samples received
• Answer incoming phone calls and provide appropriate feedback to customers and medical staff
• Data Entry
• Liaise with patients, doctors, and clinical staff
• Troubleshooting
• Packing and sending referred tests.
