Responsible for managing day to day logistics, with a keen eye on

Customer Service: To provide superior customer service to both internal and external
stakeholders. To ensure compliance with the key legislation governing the business
with particular emphasis on:
• Fair Trading Act Process 1986
• Privacy Act 2020
• Health and Safety at Work Act 2015
Data entry into Tradify program and despatch out Locksmiths to job requests also monitor movements ensuring ETA’s are met.
Customer service and Administration
• Manage and organise daily job dispatch and ensure resource is maximised
• Correctly utilise all systems to maximise productivity
• Ensure both allocated and unallocated jobs are managed to a timely completion
• Ensure technical staff provide timely quote and invoicing practices and outcomes
• Use and develop systems and tools to maximise productivity and profitability
• Deliver a great experience for our customers on the phone
• Prioritise key customers and accounts
• Maximise mobile resources to take residential jobs when possible to maximise
revenue
• Work with and support finance to ensure smooth invoicing and billing
• Communicate any concerns or requirements to the director/manager
Generating monthly reminder emails and text messages to Debtor Customers
Setting up payment plans with Debtor Customers in aiming to decrease Debts.
