I am seeking to join an organisation that values a multi skilled and capable employee. I am a presentable and very approachable staff member who is recognised by my colleagues and management as a person who takes great pride in not just doing my job well but going above and beyond. Whilst I do love get in and get the job done with minimum fuss I am able to do this with a friendly and positive manner. I am flexible and adaptable and constantly seek to extend myself by using my initiative to take on new tasks and manage change.

In the last 15 plus years, I have consistently helped youth, disadvantaged people with mental health, complex behaviours ,disabilities and seniors. This consists on is taking them for outings, including them in activities, celebrating holidays, helping with employment and housing, offering friendship, mentoring , guidance and being a positive role model and friend to them in their life. This is something I am very passionate about and find rewarding on so many levels. Ready to help team achieve company goals.
