I grew up in the Swiss alps in a healthy natural environment with a divers range of wholefood and fresh crisp air.
I came to Australia in 2009 with my Australian husband to raise a family.
I am a happy and proud mum of three girls at primary school age.
In my free time I enjoy hikes, camping and time with the family. I like to spend time creating projects with my sewing machine or other materials.
Teaching and coaching groups or individuals in Pilates. I help my clients to use Pilates to promote overall health, improve muscle tone and strength and achieve better posture.
I worked as a Staff support in cooking and textile. My tasks were food shopping and organising the kitchen. Food preparation for the students. Supporting the main teacher and the students during the cooking period. Properly store food in kitchen, cold storage and storerooms. Transfering food and supplies to the kitchen as needed.
I was responsible for ensuring all areas of the kitchen, food prep and food storage areas are clean and properly sanitized. It included washing dishes and cooking equipement, sanitizing countertops and cutting boards and maintaining all areas to health standards.
In textile I helped the students with Tie dying, sewing, weaving and other projects. I was the support of the main teacher and made sure the textile room was well organised and all sewing and craft equipement stored properly.
At the adventure centre I worked often outdoors to guide and manage a group. I made sure everyone was safe and the group objectives were met effectively, with clear thinking, good participation and full attention from everyone who was involved. Some of the activities were Zorb ball, Skywire Commando course and Slacklining. This position involved a strong culture of customer service, risk management, great communication and presentation skills.
