Summary

I am a very driven EEN Nurse from Peninsula Health, I have worked there for 12 years and currently been an EEN for 18 years. I strive to give all my patients the best and upmost care , due the the longevity of my career so far. I believe I have a good clinical judgement and I have recently just finished an educational day on nursing the deteriorating patient . My expertise is mental health (young and old), aged care/ rehabilitation and disability .My main purpose is to give the patient the best possible health outcome and to deliver the upmost kind and compassionate care. I have good medication administration skills and good rapport building skills with the patients and there families . I actively involve myself In extra education sessions and professional development courses. I demonstrate a good team work ethic . I have great communication skills and thrive on laughter and good conversation. I have been casual bank for many years and this has definitely helped me to wear many different hats whilst nursing . I can go from ward to ward and place to place with minimal stress, I’m very versatile in my nursing capabilities. Please consider me as I look forward to working along side a new team of people .
