• Follow defined service quality standards, work health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken in order to ensure high quality,safe services and workplaces.
• Develop a framework to monitor and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the implementation of the framework and initiatives across TEHS.
• Develop an Implementation plan, including governance structure to support the development and roll out of the Patient Experience Framework.
