Accomplishments

  • Collaborated with external IT company in the development and implementation of SDA National Intranet, used nationwide. Successfully and independently rolled out and trained multiple Branch staff and have provided continuous support and quality control to streamline efficient and accurate dissemination of information.
  • Adoption and creation of National Office Sharepoint library management system
  • Training nationwide for staff in the use of one drive, sharepoint and office 365 applications to use in collaboration of National Intranet.
  • Co-ordination and planning for yearly committee meetings ensuring all reports are received, collated uploaded to intranet and all relevant IT applications are available and working efficiently for face-to-face meeting of Branch officials.
  • Upgraded 3 meeting spaces to ZOOM rooms and was a lead and main contact person in the tender process, acceptance and selection of winning tender, scoping requirements, implementation and collaboration with external planning manger to ensure project was completed in a timely manner and on budget.
