I am a passionate administrator with over twenty years of experience, including more than a decade dedicated to delivering quality support and policy advice within academic programs. Currently serving as the Students and Programs Coordinator at The University of Melbourne, I play a key leadership role in the delivery of the first year of the Doctor of Medicine program, where I manage exam preparation, hurdle tracking, student administration and support for academic staff. My strong interpersonal and communication skills enable me to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders, ensuring a positive student experience. I am highly organised and adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously, with a proven track record in problem-solving and continuous improvement. I am eager to leverage my extensive experience in academic program support to contribute to the Faculty of Business and Economics as an Academic Programs Coordinator.
