Additional Information
My most recent experiences have been with Lifeful, Lifeful is a disability support organisation focusing on direct daily living support, plan management, support coordination and behaviour therapies. I have had the pleasure of working directly alongside participants who have required support occasionally to support them accessing the community, appointments or social outings. I have also had the closest working relationship with participants who require 24/7 support and care living in supported independent facilities. During my time here I have taken on a leadership position for just over 2 years implementing and supporting to achieve participants goals, supporting them to reach their full potential and also support and encourage staff, my beautiful team, with their own career goals. During this time I have had the opportunity to learn and establish my professional career within this industry, I am moving on from this role with valuable skills that I can implement in any role and field.
