Led team of 8 associates through this group engagement across 4 month period. Whilst senioring this engagement, the client was undergoing merger with large US paper company (WestRock) and were undergoing an SEC filing to be listed on New York stock exchange. Therefore, I was responsible for leading our audit team under tight reporting deadlines in high pressure environment. Responsible for compilation of the group file and overseeing group reporting for 55 components across over 25 countries. I was also responsible for the more technical and significant audit focus areas of Goodwill and Pensions.

BWG Foods (Food retail and Wholesale Company - Turnover €2bn) - 3 consecutive years auditing UK division of this Group. Led team of 8 associates on this engagement, which involved very tight reporting deadlines to Group in South Africa. Responsible for auditing revenue, cost of sales, leases and group acquisitions.

Bimeda (Animal Pharmaceutical Company - Turnover €220m) - 3 consecutive years auditing this Group company, involving 50+ individual entities audited at Group. Led team of 5 associates on this engagement. Responsible for auditing revenue, stock, debtors/creditors acquisitions, and monitoring and compiling group reporting.
