A Venue Manager is responsible for all operational aspects of a venue. This includes the ongoing day to day operations of a venue, including shift running and all back end controls; reporting; team development and training to ensure the team is working toward the company mission. It is the aim of the Venue Manager to be guest-facing and to ensure that all products and services, at all times, meets the highest guest service standards. The Venue Manager position is a key leadership role within the network.
