A Venue Manager is responsible for all operational aspects of a venue. This includes the ongoing day to day operations of a venue, including shift running and all back end controls; reporting; team development and training to ensure the team is working toward the company mission. It is the aim of the Venue Manager to be guest-facing and to ensure that all products and services, at all times, meets the highest guest service standards. The Venue Manager position is a key leadership role within the network.


In this position, it is also an expectation to follow all outlined policies and procedure, actively communicate with, manage and motivate team members to have productive and effective shifts, ensure a strong safety culture is evident, leading by example in the practice of safe workplace behaviours and identifying, communicating and addressing safety issues as they occur in the interest of guests and team members.
