Summary

I am dedicated to continue to build my growth in the Early Childhood Education and Care sector as this is my main passion. I pride myself as a team player and will assist where needed. The lead educator position has allowed me to build a strong team within the room and create a positive environment for families, coworkers and children to assist in creating strong and respectful relationships. Working alongside the Reggio Emilia approach for quite some time I have found I am very strong in the ways of this approach as well as the EYLF and NQS. As a mother of two I am very head strong at ensuring all children and families are provided with the best care and education as these are some of the most important years of their lives.
