I love starting my day with meditation as it helps me relax and focus. Being in nature is another favourite of mine; it's peaceful and beautiful, and I enjoy the time outdoors. Animals bring me joy, and I love watching them and being around them. I have 4 cats and they are like my kids. Spending time with my kids is very precious to me as they are adults now and have their own lives. Lastly, going to the beach is always refreshing. I love the ocean, the sound of the waves, and the feel of the sand.
