I bring 16 years of experience in the construction industry, working as both an architect and a project manager. My portfolio spans education, commercial, and residential developments. I spent two years delivering the Early Learning Centre portfolio for Brown Falconer, where I gained valuable experience managing and reporting to a diverse range of clients and end-user groups.
I have in-depth knowledge of various contract types, including ABIC and AS, and I am well-versed in procurement methods such as design and construct, managing contractor, and lump sum contracts. Currently, I serve as the Deputy Convenor of the Architectural Practice Board of South Australia. This role has provided me with a strong foundation in understanding the technical and contractual complexities involved in managing large social infrastructure projects.

I was embedded in a government department (DIT) for 15 months as a superintendent's representative, project manager and contract administrator, predominately working on the SAPOL Thebarton Barracks Relocation. I was involvement with identifying and managing risks, preparing tender documentation and responding to RFI’s, preparing appropriate delegate approvals and compiling contracts for execution.
I have delivered predominantly on educational projects across the private and public sector. I have managed the entire Early Learning and Childcare Centre portfolio of work. This portfolio often has approximately 15 projects running concurrently at different stages from feasibility through to construction. I worked across a range of sectors as a senior team member, responsible for managing large project teams, through feasibility to delivery. I was responsible for liaising with clients and coordinating subconsultants and leading the tender process.
My responsibilities included liaising with clients to establish briefs, preparing high quality master plans, concept plans, utilising BIM software to produce contract documentation and handling the contract administration during construction.
