As a full-time teacher in a complex, multi-age classroom setting I am responsible for delivering the Year 2, 3, and 4 Australian curriculum for English, Maths, Science, HASS, Health and Technology.

Key tasks:

• Create and maintain a learning environment with high curriculum and behavioural expectations.
• Ensure that the safe, responsible, respectful and active learning principles of the school are fulfilled.
• Deliver differentiated engaging instructional activities which can be accessed by all students.

• Assess, provide feedback, moderation and reporting processes.
• Implement the PBL framework and explicitly teach and model expected behaviours.
• Maintain accurate records on One School including PLP’s and behaviour progress notes.
• Initiate and maintain community relationships and communicate with carers.
• Attend and engage in informed Professional Development for personal growth and to ensure proficient teacher standards are maintained.
