- Handling enquiries and application of the prospective clients.
- Assisting supervisor to manage work pressure and collaborating with other team member for yielding better results.
- Maintaining client’s files.
- Establishing and maintaining mutually beneficial relationship with the clients.
- Assisting clients through use of multiple communication platforms – phone, emails, and social media
- Coordinating with the team leader to plan and develop solution to intensive and complicated services issues.
