  • This large-scale transformation project was scoped to migrate a perpetual registry system called Talisman to a new application
  • Below are the migration scope, and I was involved as a Business analyst in various modules:
  • Migrate core system/application data from a perpetual environment to a Tech Mahindra-owned platform
  • Work with multiple stakeholders and vendors to map their system with a new system network
