I have accumulated extensive experience in flashbutt operations during my time with John Holland, subsequently transitioning to PRM to formalize my expertise with the official title. Despite aiming to advance as a welder, I returned to track worker due to inconsistencies and inadequate regard for employee welfare. I am skilled in both flashbutt and AT welds, proficient in measuring, cutting, prepping, aligning, and removing twists without assistance.
