Summary

A passionate learner and effective leader, I thrive in my role as the 2IC at Little Seeds Early Learning. My primary focus is providing support and encouragement to our educators, both educationally and emotionally. Alongside managing our center's office requirements, I collaborate closely with families and staff, overseeing our QIP and RAP. In the absence of my director, I confidently handle rosters, staffing, and ensure a welcoming environment within our center. Serving as a mentor and witnessing the growth of others is incredibly fulfilling in my leadership position. With over a decade of experience working with children, helping them develop into confident learners has been one of my most rewarding accomplishments.
