  • Mentored new educators, supporting curriculum development and encouraging best practices.
  • Supported modifications and accommodations of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in my own classroom, this being during mealtimes, between transitions and supporting challenging behaviours that arise and regulating emotions.
  • Facilitated with support of Director 'Inclusion Support Plan' for children with additional needs requiring an additional educator in the classroom.
  • Facilitated with support of Director Behaviour Management plan to support Child with separation anxiety to better adjust to their environment and to regulate emotions.
  • Facilitated the creation of our services Reconciliation Action Plan in 2023, This has lead to Aboriginal and Torres Strait islander culture being highlighted in our service and in our learning experiences.

  • Supported educators with resources and tools to support all children's needs especially children with additional needs, through their daily routines such as Visual timers, Choice boards, visual lanyards, visual schedule.
  • Actively encouraged children to develop their communication, problem-solving and social skills.
  • Working alongside Director and management team, worked on improving our service's QIP (Quality Improvement Plan) to work towards exceeding in ACEQUA standards across our service.
