The greatest achievement of my career is watching my students achieve their full potential.
I am a leader by nature and I am always eager to learn new methods that aid my teaching and help my students learn well.
I have excellent communication and collaboration skills and as such, I am able to handle and manage conflict resolution in class with students and with colleagues.
To me, the teaching career is more than just being a teacher. I am their school mum, friend, nurse and I see to it that I fulfil any other role necessary to ensure that my students are holistically cared for and their needs are met so that they can accomplish their academic and personal goals.
