Reporting to the Manager of Learner Experience, led agile change, communications, and training initiatives across the organisation due to rolling restructures and the employee impacts of working from home due to COVID-19.

• Developed and launched myFuture a stalled knowledge management platform within 4 months of becoming Program Lead;
• Coached 21 Facilitators to convert classroom content into engaging and effective virtual online training with average rating of 4.4 out of 5 for MyCareer; and
• Co-facilitated Leading SAFe 5.0 certification with SEO Agile Coaching team for nbn employees saving nbn $43,000 (Total 52 attendees) with a 90% pass rate.

A unique player in the field of software distribution, Rhipe Pty Ltd is an ASX listed company (400+ employees globally) focused on enabling and accelerating adoption of the Cloud. Acquired by Crayon in 2021.

• Reporting to Director of Program Management Office duties included leading multiple and concurrent engagements with Microsoft Partners ensuring high quality outcomes whilst supporting the expansion of Rhipe.
• Developed 25 new Job Descriptions and realigned 17 job descriptions for Finance, Sales, Marketing,
• IT and DevOps internal business units; Published 7 articles for internal business units (HR, Marketing, Sales, IT, Finance, Legal) describing change impacts resulting from significant structural realignment; Designed and developed 17 virtual training workshops for overseas joint venture; and Updated business process documentation to meet ISO:27001 audit criteria.

Reporting to Manager of Learner Experience duties included documenting as-is and to-be processes for successful migration from Cornerstone to WorkDay.

• Founding member of nbn Datathon Organising Committee that attracted over 200 entries across Australia and won Brandon Hall Group International Bronze Medal for Best Accelerated Learning Challenge 2020.

Reporting to the Head of Delivery duties included leading the development and content creation of a SharePoint knowledge management platform and online training modules for the SHARP BI Analytics reporting platform.

• Established two online data governance training modules required to assist 1000+ employees to drive user adoption of BI shared analytics and reporting platform; and
• Designed and built approved wireframes for knowledge management system to support platform releases.

Used by over 1,000 real estate agencies throughout Australia, Maintenance Manager cloud platform and the iOS apps are the industry’s most innovative cloud solution for property maintenance and inspections.

• This successful tech startup was purchased by RACV in 2018
• Facilitated over 1500 hours of live remote interactive workshops, created 120 customer online quick reference guides, and developed 37 online video tutorials;
• Produced Software Delivery Lifecycle release notes for 3x SaaS platforms and iOS application weekly for customer Helpdesk Level 1 and Level 2 support teams;
• Drafted and executed business case for recruiting Optimisation Specialist team which increased client retention by 60% in the first three months; and
• Reinstated stalled clients bringing in $500,000 over 12 months.

Aligned Business Continuity Management (BCM) plans for NSW State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) and SafeWork NSW with Department of Finance, Services, and Innovation (DFSI) during a significant restructure.

Led transition and integration to new software platform to vastly improve quality of customer experience (CX) and applied continuous improvement to internal systems and processes for SafeWork NSW.

• Negotiated and secured lifetime learning platform license for up to 5000 concurrent users saving $25,000 per year; and
• Launched communications to promote webinar program, coached 18 champions to support internal and external customers.

Reporting to Head of Delivery Asia Pacific duties included:

• Agile Scrum Master for 3 x engineering teams (5-7 members each) based in Australia, India and UK;
• Supported onsite and offshore QA teams with integration testing;
• Co-authored project and change management governance including project planning, reporting, change request management, risk assessment and stakeholder impact analysis.
