  • We also worked face-to-face with clients. I recently worked on the furniture fitout for the new TikTok building in Dublin. I was in charge of placing all products on each floor. Eliminating snags from architect. Daily / weekly hand overs back to the team in Winroy. I was on site for three months working along side Structuretone with any issues. I managed deliveries and setting out tasks for our Winroy guys on site.

  • Asked open-ended questions to determine needs and assisted customers in selecting appropriate merchandise.
  • I worked from home for 6 months during covid 19. I was appointed a wardrobe planner. This entailed me to design wardrobes on Microsoft Teams with customers. Along with using our Isell system, I generated orders and deliveries.
  • Delivered energetic responses to customers in-store and by telephone, going above and beyond to serve needs.
  • I began to undertake several roles such as; targeting KPI’s, invoicing customer’s, (pre - note) this helped with our inventory when stock needed to be refilled or placed in the correct location.
  • Volunteered for extra shifts during rebuild. Every few months each department gets a revamp. I had duties such as product placement, pricing, banners, making A3 on our indesign system.
