I grew up on a family farm in Wandering, southwest of Perth. I had an amazing upbringing on the farm with lots of freedom to explore the outdoors. I worked as an enrolled nurse for eight years, where I learnt to work under extreme pressure and how to prioritise my workload. Nursing also gave me great skills such as caring for patients in delicate situations. My husband and I then moved to Kondinin where I worked for Bankwest and later did my sales consultancy course. Working for Bankwest entitled me to learn a variety of customer service skills, serving customers daily, answering phones, helping people with queries, booking appointments and general admin duties. Upon moving back to Perth, I completed my floristry course and started my own part-time business whilst looking after my son Louis who is now six. For the past 2.5 years, I have worked for Programmed Facility Management in Burswood. I was part of the administration team and a claims co-ordinator for my last year. Administration is an area in which I enjoy working in. The following skills I have become proficient in: Organisation, attention to detail, supporting other team members, problem-solving, and excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. Efficient Customer Service Coordinator focused on resolving customer concerns quickly to maximize satisfaction. Well-versed in operational standards and best practices in [Type] industry. Hardworking, disciplined and reliable manager with demonstrated record of success. Diligent customer service professional successful at satisfying different types of customers with creative and knowledgeable solutions. Leads teams of customer service-focused professionals to improve customer ratings, reduce complaints and increase business.
