Given my economics and finance background, I feel research and analytics is a career path I am very attracted to. I’m drawn to the idea finding solutions to problems through critical thinking and effective research and developing insights that are innovative and improve people’s lives.
I have recently graduated with my Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Economics and Finance from Curtin University. I am a person that enjoys tackling new tasks and gaining knowledge and experience from new environments. My experience ranges from customer service roles to market research to warehouse logistics to project management and administration most recently. I find that my varied experience allows me to adapt to new roles smoothly and believe that versatility is useful for any employer.
During my time at the NTRO I have been exposed to the environment of fast paced engineering consultancy. From jumping into road survey trucks for two weeks to contributing to valuable research on new train technologies for the country, my time at the NTRO has given me more than program administration skills.
