Work History

Program Administrator, PMO

National Transport Research Organisation (NTRO)
Perth, WA
08.2022 - Current

During my time at the NTRO I have been exposed to the environment of fast paced engineering consultancy. From jumping into road survey trucks for two weeks to contributing to valuable research on new train technologies for the country, my time at the NTRO has given me more than program administration skills.

  • As part of the Project Management Office of the company I have managed to work across a range of research projects in a variety of capacities including project leader and program administrator of the WARRIP program.
  • My time here has taught me the importance of strategic planning, effective communication, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Provided technical assistance to staff on operational issues related to the WARRIP program.
  • Drafted documents such as proposals, reports, presentations, memorandums or letters related to programs operations.
  • Provided administrative support for program planning, implementation, and evaluation activities.
  • Reviewed contracts between vendors and organizations providing services under the auspices of the program.
  • Coordinated meetings, conferences, workshops, and special events related to the program.
  • Monitored financial resources, budgets, and expenditures for program activities.

  • Prepared reports summarizing key findings from completed projects.
  • Report writing experience

Safeman Australia
07.2020 - 07.2022
  • Much like my previous role, I am involved in picking orders from our clients, preparing them for dispatch and other primary roles that assist in maintaining efficient warehouse procedures
  • This role has encouraged me to learn how to work autonomously as well as manage my tasks in the most time efficient manner
  • I have found that I have been trained to solve issues quickly, whether that be on my own or in collaboration with colleagues.

Market Research Intern

CoreData WA
11.2021 - 02.2022
  • As an intern at Coredata, I gained valuable experience operating in a tight-knit team working on qualitative and quantitative tasks amongst other business-related activities
  • Some of these tasks included: desktop research, data manipulation, review of surveys and focus group discussions, populating project reports with data insights, use of excel data cubes, use of excel to organise and manage information
  • CoreData has exposed me to many facets of the market research industry, showing me that there is a wide array of opportunity in such work
  • I thoroughly enjoyed getting involved in the behavioural analytics as much as I did working with data cubes in excel
  • In future I want to develop my skills with client engagement as well as improving my skills with data software.

Warehouse Store person

Mainfreight
05.2019 - 03.2020
  • This role primarily involves working in an 8-man team with the goal of picking warehouse orders and preparing them for dispatch
