• Quality Assurance: October 2018: Responsible for Estia Health Kogarah passing its 3rd yearly accreditation for all clinical outcomes in accordance with the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission’s (ACQSC) quality standards.
• Implementation: November 2019: Instrumental in bringing into the facility a new pharmacy for better resident outcome. The process included meeting with the new pharmacy proprietor, pitching their benefits to the Estia Procurement Department, discussing the new quality improvement idea at several residents and relatives’ monthly meetings and answering any of their concerns, training the administration staff in the new admission process that includes new prospects filling out paperwork on behalf of the new pharmacy, and organising several training sessions in the new online system for all the registered nurses.
