I joined Ramsay Health Care as the first dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner for the National People Operations Group, as well as a Corporate TA Partner. My portfolio spans Hospital Executives and the full corporate spectrum, including Legal, Finance, HR, and Digital. In this role, I lead the end-to-end recruitment for some of the organisation’s most critical and high-impact positions.

Key achievements include:

  • Built strong relationships across the corporate business, collaborating closely with the CPO, COO, State Leaders, and other key stakeholders.
  • Significantly reduced agency spend, with only 3 out of 143 roles I recruited for requiring external vendor support.
  • Received positive feedback from candidates, with many citing their positive interaction with me as a major influence on their decision to consider joining Ramsay.
  • Created a variety of user guides for managers, including resources on Corporate interviewing, CEO Success Profiles, and psychometric testing.
