- Passionate, inspiring, and enthusiastic advocate of Mathematics for the St. Martin of Tours' school community.
- Play an integral role in leadership team meetings as part of the Learning and Teaching team.
- Facilitate and led PLMs and whole school closure days.
- Manage and oversee the implementation of the Mathematics curriculum for Years P to 6, providing guidance through planning sessions and model lessons.
- Utilise student data to guide leadership decisions and enhance instructional approaches for improved student learning outcomes.
- Assisting teaching teams (including LSO's) in providing Mathematics support for students with additional learning needs, covering both intervention and extension.
- Plan and implement intervention and extension programs including Bond Blocks, GRIN (Getting Ready in Numeracy), and Australian Mathematics Trust programs such as Bebras, Australian Mathematics Competition, and Mathematics Enrichment Programs.
- Regularly met with the Principal to discuss mathematical and leadership issues.
- Actively engage with leaders, MACS consultants, and university academics at conferences, MACS Mathematics sessions, and Learning and Teaching network sessions to remain up-to-date on current best practices.
