Currently with Ramsay Health as Anaesthetics and Recovery nurse, following secondment to NUM for 6 months.
I Started as an AIN in 2003 prior to commencing my EEN traineeship. I Continued fulltime work as EEN at Bankstown Hospital whilst completing my undergraduate studies for my bachelor of Nursing.
I completed my New grad year during the swine flu pandemic with extended rotations in ICU until returning to the orthopaedic ward until venturing out to the private health sector in 2015.
My main specialty areas include Orthopaedics and Surgical, Anaesthetics and Recovery, with additional experience in paediatrics (ward and theatres),
During the shut down of elective surgery during covid 2021 pursued work in covid clinics and primary health to then take a year off nursing prior to my daughter starting primary school and launch my own small business.
I returned to nursing to maintain registration and continue passionate work in theatres.
