  • Working front of house I cover the reception role as well as support to the Hire Co-Ordinator & Directors. With a fleet of over 450 there are a lot of moving parts every day and I record all aspects of hires/repairs/servicing/registrations/vehicle permits. General office administration, PPE stock levels, registers and OHS compliance. I believe it's very important for operational efficiency through accurate record-keeping. I look to improve efficiency at all times, introducing an advanced delivery management software has improved this area of the business immensely. After much research and test piloting I'm proud to say the company will now be moving from spreadsheets to a fully integrated equipment rental software. End to end with seamless integration with existing accounting software.
