• Demountable Removal Preparation: Streamlined preparation for demountable structure removal by efficiently organizing in-house staff for furniture removal and clean-up, obtaining quotes for service disconnection, and coordinating removal and storage of air conditioning units. Additionally, arranged supplementary lighting and ensured safety by overseeing removal of roofing and associated entry enclosures. The process encompassed meticulous disconnection of power, fire detection, and data/phone services, leading to power shutdowns with minimal disruption to clinical services.

• Aiding trade staff in the installation, maintenance, and accident repairs of traffic lights and road lighting. Responsibilities also extended to the installation of site offices, building maintenance at depots in the metro area and head office, as well as computer cabling at head office and Northam.
