Communicate with families via phone, email, walk-ins, offering support with general enquiries, enrolments, payment of fee's, parent portal, escalate and action phone calls to Director when required
Collect and record data for enrolments using KidSoft software, including validation and application of health care card subsides
Process financial transaction including issuing receipts, statements, entering payments, safe deposit of banking, follow up on accounts in debt
Maintain filing and archiving of child and staff documents
Process orders for Centre stationary
Taking minutes at staff meetings, liaise with Director and staff on any issues
Place requests for and follow up on Centre maintenance issues
Centre key held for secure lock up of Centre

Assist with preparation and cooking of meals, provide lunch for the client
Assist with navigating public transport
Offer a variety of activities for client to participate in
Ensure client safety within the home environment and out in public
Provide emotional support when required; anxiety or behavioural changes
Communicate to parents on days activities, provide positive feedback, relate any concerns or incidents
