Prior to 2011, I completed my Diploma in Beauty Therapy and utilised this qualification to work and travel overseas for an extended period. Working in multiple day spas as a Senior Therapist, the roles were always highly customer focused. During this phase of my life, I worked with (and for) a diverse range of people from various countries and cultures. This experience significantly enhanced my ability to communicate effectively with many different people in each of my roles since.
